    This works but it requires frequent resetting (at least for me). Maybe it is an Android thing.... Ugg...

    This has happened to me since Sunday. Resetting my id did not solve the problem. I have submitted a support ticket

    I used to see this happen once in a while but noticed it several times in the last few days. At first resetting the advertising ID worked. However now it's not working at all. I've tried resetting my ad ID several times, restarting the game, and restarting my phone. None of them will fix it now.

    ... I even got a notification that my Cinema had refreshed but when I got there, the movie theater was closed! :'(

    I wrote to support. They told me that either I had ready downloaded all the games being advertised (yeah, right) or there simply were no ads in my area.

    @MrLucky where are you located? General area, US, Europe, etc? Or are you in a area with bad signal?

    There are instances where depending on the area no ads are available but when that happens to me I get a generic NML ad for gold, no video, just a pop-up, I love these ads as it's short and sweet.

    @Paste usually if you download a game the ad for that game stops.

    One ad that I regularly get is for another game that I actively play daily.

    I think the ads will stop after you download a game but they continue again when you clear your ad ID to attempt to fix the problem.

    I just went back into the game and got 2 ads and I see the countdown again.

    These are the first ads I got in about 24 hours.

    I also never got a response from my support ticket from earlier today

    I have always had a good signal when this has happened. Even @ home with a strong WiFi signal ...
