It's been over 24 hours since the ads in my cinema stopped showing. I have already contacted support but have not yet got help. There are already 8 missing ads.
If you are Android you will need to reset your Google ad ID, not sure about iPhone. To reset your Android advertising ID, Open Google Settings on your Android device by tapping on menu and then on Google Settings once all apps are displayed on the screen. Locate and tap on the Ads menu under Services. Tap on “reset advertising ID” on the new page

VPN. I didn't realize ads were region dependent when i installed a new one and defalted to some random country. I had to change to a country that had ads.
