Is RGG's leader trait ACTUALLY working correctly with Lucky?

In the last update (notes here), RGG's leader trait was supposedly "so that it interacts with the Lucky trait on the initial roll." If that's true, what's happening in this video?

My RGG has a level 8 leader trait (80% chance). My Eugene has 37% Lucky (15% from Staff and 22% from survivor trait). So, Eugene should have a 100% chance of getting charge points (80% * 1.37 = 109.6%, to be exact). Why isn't he starting fully charged?

My survivors have consistently started with more charge points since the update, but something is still off...

If I remember correctly, only the first charge point is affected by luck. So you have a 100% that you’ll start with 1 charge point. The next charge point is fixed at 80% and the 3rd 80% again.

Here’s the thread and looks like It was agreed that there are 2 or 3 independent rolls to get charge points. https://forums.nextgames.com/walkingdead/discussion/38716/lucky-trait/p2

    Two calculations here.

    1. Chance of starting charged;
    2. How many points.

If you have 100% on RGG's trait, characters will always start with charge points. It's 100%, right?

But the trait does not affect "how many" charge points. That's a fixed chance and lucky does not impact that at all.

So scouts, shooters and bruisers would have 50% chance of getting 1 charge point and 50% chance of getting 2 charge points (full charge).

Assaults and Warriors would have 33% of 1, 33% of 2 and 33% of 3 charge points (full charge).

@Troublemaker no it’s 100% chance of 1 charge point then 80% chance of getting the second, then 80% chance of getting the third. In this example.

No one will say this flat out but once it was introduced, I noticed a big jump in his leader trait on both of my accounts. On both his chance of being charged and others if he was in lead.
That only lasted for a few weeks however, and since then I've noticed it seems back to the "normal" unlucky values. Most of the time he doesn't even start with charge point. After playing multiple GW and challenges, this has caught my attention. Another reason why I choose not to play at a high level anymore. When you can't trust the stated game values, it kind of seems like a joke.

Yes! And at a certain point, with enough of this bad math and wrongly worded descriptions, the jokes are no longer funny. Just sad.

Every players' blood pressure would be lower if they just just understood one thing.  At the end of it all, this game is just a complex slot machine, for which nobody, including the developers, completely understand the probabilities.

You pay da man his money, and you take your chances.  That's the best explanation for everything in this game.

So let's assume this is correct. Does that imply that Lucky only affects the first roll, but not the second and third? If so, holy shit WTF NG.

This is what I was lead to believe also.
Only the 1st point had effect
