Hi. I really hope you can help. I've been playing for ages now but as of last night my game won't load.
It just gets to the loading screen and sits there forever. I have tried restarting my phone, restarting the app, force closing it, nothing seems to help. Really not sure what to do. Wasn't to get on and play. No idea what's happening. Please help.

Try the following, press 3 fingers on the screen while the game is loading, it will either load the game or take you to the help section, you can send a in game message to support so they can look at your issue.
