Why is 1 of our guild mates stars being held?

    Only first 20 scores count...did you have someone leave after getting starts and another take their place?

    Or, that player time traveled from the past to record Challenge Stars in the future. I tried that already. :sunglasses:

    No. She’s been in our guild awhile. We had a new very low level player come in for an hour then leave. But that’s about it.

    @Overgrowdaworld , tenure in a guild doesn’t matter, if your low level player earned any stars this week that player will count towards the first 20. So make sure you do any movement before challenge starts or you will have this issue again.

    Im not the guild leader, if that matters? What movement do you mean specifically?

    @Overgrowdaworld movement= roster change adding or removing players.  

    To avoid star withheld issues, most guilds remove players after challenge ends and before the new challenge starts.

    The person who came in for an hour scored some stars before the person whose had their stars withheld. I’m guessing after he left someone else joined and also scored stars before the person who had their stars withheld.
