Guild Wars scoring system breakdown.

Hello, My guild is having a hard time figuring out the scoring system. In some cases we beat the other team player points vs player points, but we lose the match, due to bonuses I presume.
How can we tell what the bonuses are in each sector?
Are bonuses applied for clearing a sector, and if so, what are those numbers?
Any help with the overall scoring system would be appreciated.

Here an overview of the sectors with a column for "points per attack" at the end.
The bonus is displayed below the sector in the war map marked with a "G".

You can see the points for completing a sector in the upper right corner. The sector clearing points are big but are not shown on the individual player scores.
