"Punish" and "Beat em up" doesn't work on long range melee weapons

"Punish" and "Beat em up" doesn't work on Zweihander/Pitchfork/Musket/Lance on max distance, Overwatch - is ok, but why Punishment isn`t? And Zweihander can`t use charge ability on max distance

    The key word is "adjacent," that doesn't mean within attacking distance.

    The Zweihander charge attack from a distance would be a nice boost to that weapon.
