Issue with Michonne's leader trait on charge attack

Is it possible that Michonne's leader trait on charge attack is no longer working properly? I tested about 40x and there was no reduction in any charge attack.

    Unfortunately, she does. I can confirm that I just had morning star on Michonne, I had charge attack activated and the second attack did not work, she could only move but not attack.

    Also problems with threat reduction. Killed 10-12 walkers in guild wars and no TR. Fluxxx, pls take a look.
