  Yes. Lucky and Ruthless are the most important traits for her. Critical Aim and Revenge are good too, but some prefer not to have Revenge and then they have Marksman instead. Either way should work. Revenge helps her get charged up, but it can be negative at times, while marksman is just a small weapon boost and doesn't do much.
  
  Sure shot requires you not to move before shooting, so you would have to fire from your current angle. Hunters don't work like that. You want to move to the best angle to shoot many walkers.
  
  Retaliate is a defensive trait. You should only have it on characters that you let walkers attack. Hunters are best as offensive, so retaliate isn't good for them (unless we're talking about guild wards or outpost defense).

  To answer the question about Luck: Luck always only affect the hero itself. So Sasha's luck will not help anyone else, but if the other guys in the team have luck, that will help them when using Sasha's leader trait. 
  
  You want maximum luck on pretty much all of your guys.
