Hey @Fluxxx , was thinking more about this weapon and since it got no love on Valentine's Day I was trying to think if there was an appropriate holiday coming up that would be a fit for this. Technically you can't get concussion on normal assault weapons either, but they have special weapons with it. So what's the difference here?
Assault can't stun without charge attack, Hunter can stun with CA with a normal attack, adding concussion will let them the ability to stun from afar for 2 turns. And it sounds too good to be true.

True but CA has like a 10% chance of activating so I don't think it would be that overpowering.
