Team selection for mission: Show equipped weapon instead of traits

When selecting the team for a mission it would be more helpful to show the equipped weapons instead of traits. This type of hero / survivor view is already existing and shown in the mission. A button or something similar to toggle between those two views would be the best solution in my point of view.

    I quite often started a mission with the wrong weapon. This won't happen if this important detail would be shown in the teamscreen.

    Similar to the "in mission" icons. Show the weapon.
