Demand a Fix

I'm speaking on behalf of most players that the neglect we are getting on some aspects of the game is just ridiculous. How many maintenences have we had since outpost update? Too many to count, and how many bugs have been fixed in those maintenences? Gonna be generous and say like 2 (could be more I don't know).
No offense to the forum Mods or any other person that has no direct say or work when it comes to the support team and coding, but the work of those people is absolutely trash, it doesn't seem like you guys have any idea what the hell you are doing. I've played mobile games for years and you guys have beat IGG for the worst support team. Most tickets get answered after a week or 2 if they go answered at all. The maintenance seems useless, you fix 1 thing at most and end up giving us more bugs. People are spending tons of money on this game and rollbacks are not something that will slide with paying customers when they buy your bundles and get rolled back (btw that rick bundle is trash). Sometimes the rollback fixes itself with a simple refresh of the game, most times it doesnt. I purchased that waste of $10 you call a bundle this morning and got rolled back after switching to Line to tell my friends not to buy it. I was pissed off, not cause I lost money, but cause it literally happened right after a maintenance that was supposed to fix the problems.
NG must not know the game is run by players, or maybe the players don't know that and NG sees us as fools? Hire people who can fix the damn bugs, that's all we want. We don't want new bundles, we don't want an extra event (cause lately your events are lame). We want a fully operational game and a fully operational team of workers doing their jobs. If we can't get this it only take a very tiny group of players to flag this game on both IOS and Android. What you guys decide to do after is up to you, not sure about Apple, but once Google gets on your behind its not fun. You can ask Nexon, the creators of MapleStory what happened September 2015.

Exactly what needs to be said! Hope they listen, fix issues before this all goes up in flames!
I know that Developers r working hard to solve bugs and u maybe right that solving bug in a LIVE game is difficult.... But I wanna remind u that that developers r getting paid for doing such difficult tasks.. If it was easy enough then we might have did the same.... Make some sense right....
Before making UPDATE LIVE Make sure u don't have bugs (By Soft Launches as Clash Royale did)
If players r unhappy I am worried that the game will die sooner than later.... Pls make the Community happy that's it... Thankz
Even matchmaking needs a new algorithm to find enemy base and Maine thing is SEARCH COST (10 Goods) is too daaaam high considering u won't get 400+ offer in first few trys... Maybe in 10-15 tries... But he'll yeah already lost 150 Goods for the search..... And if that Outpost is of too high level then same process continues..
I can't see any balance anywhere even in Experience there is no balance..... Too expensive to update... Low productions from Camps and GAS toooooooo high to do quick Exploration missions.....
In short we r too unhappy
I cringe at the horror stories of players who have lost days of progress and hundreds/thousands of gold they bought with real money but this has affected almost everyone in this game. ..
@NG games , come on guys .. there is some easy fixes until you get this mess cleaned up , disable any in-app purchases until you get it fixed and provide full supplies or 1 minute gas or SOMETHING in the mean time.. it looks very very bad for you to continue to collect our real money while this is happening. This is a good game and I would hate to see it destroyed by mismanagement.

To the mods , I feel for you guys as you are not programmers or techs for NG (as far as I know) thanks for trying to damage control this mess

I usually just give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they're flooded with complaints. Teeceezy did offer me my lost bundle which I appreciate. I did decline it cause the rollback fixed when I cleared my cache and restarted the app.
* Strongly suggest you make a real bug report in the forum, so the bugs can be added, voted on by players, and devs can acknowledge and give current status on repair.
In my humble opinion the least they can do is give a very good week long event so we can try to gain back some of the stuff we have lost, please note l said week long rather than weekend.
Other than that l really enjoy this game, not as fast paced as a lot of games out there.
Also rollback issue only existing on ios devices. Nothing like that on Android
& if you look at other posts on the forum plenty of Android users have experienced rollbacks.
It's great that you haven't had any problems

Some of these people may be " writing code " for the game...
The people writing " code " know the game has " bugs "... I believe they are trying to fix the code...
But the problem with the game, is with those who make the " decisions " concerning the game...
AMC Holding can't be happy, with what NextGames is doing, and not doing, to the Walking Dead Franchise...
( Kids... those are powerful words... NextGames should be very concerned... Errr are they??? Well... We shall see................. )

I just had a rollback. Lost 24 hrs of game play & lost $20 Bundle I purchased just this morning :-/
I am an Android user.
I have also had issues with game crashing constantly throughout the day & everytime I try to watch ads for Xtra boxes or at Theater & for many months I have not been able to chat at all in my Guild

Here is the thing. It's a free to play game. If you don't like it, quit. Don't post on the forums, don't pay stupid amounts of money for goofy costumes and find a different game to play,
It's just like Reddit. Facebook. Hotmail. Youtube. They're free, if you don't like it then hurt them by avoiding it.
Maybe you are one of the lucky ones, that haven't had any issues yet. Just because it is a free game, doesn't mean it should have the problems that it continually does! Rather you pay to play, or play for free, isn't what is being discussed here. After putting time to build your camp, Srvrs, stars, ect......... , & you lose all that, in an instant, is unfair! Players simply want to play, not start all over, again & again!
