Guild Wars wrong Tier start

OK yet another gripe I suppose..
We finished Master Tier.. Now we are starting at Bronze 3..
Some of my guild can see Silver 2 rewards where others cannot..
Is this because they managed to play a couple of days before it all went pair shaped???
Either way.. Tiers should reflect back from when GWs was actually won...

    Well it's the same thing as with RP:s.

    Why should we live with it if NG can correct their mistake. If it happened to all the guilds, then fine so be it. But if it happens to only a few guilds, maybe GW is still bugged. Every week is a new problem.

    Hi guys!

    Thank you for reporting this. @Singer01 could you please share the player nicknames from your guild that see the different rewards available? Everyone should see the same.

    Related to tier resetting for some of you, this was unintended and quickly fixed. However, to those affected. we are looking into it.

    Hi @Singer01, thank you. Could you mention which ones see different things for the Guild Wars shop?

    You mentioned that some of your members can see Silver II rewards while others can't, can you write which members see it differently? I check all the accounts and couldn't find the issue you reported.

    The problem is our guild is supposed to be Tier Sikver II and not Bronze III.
    A Silver II guild was supposed to be reset to Silver II. We did not play any Guild Wars this canceled season. Give us our Silver II Tier and points (missing 30,000) and it will solve the problem.

    Dead Rising started the shortened canceled season at Tier Silver II. The GW season lasted 2 days. Dead Rising did not play nor earn any points. So we should have been reset to Silver II and not Bronze III.
    @Lexia @Fluxxx can you help us out. I sent in a ticket to support but they are not helping.

    We did changes to prevent players from dropping in tier in the Guild Wars, every guild is set to be in the tier they were at before the broken guild war happened. However, there may have been some cases where this change was published during a time that one of the players from this guild was online and the GW reset happened, leaving your guild on an old state and getting to an incorrect GW reset. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do at this point. 
    This is one of the responses I got from support. So it's our guilds fault that one of our members was online and that caused us to lose 30,000 guild points. How many people are online playing at any given moment? Maybe we should all stop playing the game? What a pathetic excuse and NG support says nothing can be done about it. Live up to your mistakes NG and own them. Either correct them and learn from them or at least compensate your players. Doing nothing just means you don't give a damn about your gamers and that's very, very sad.

    Take a deep breath and relax. It will all be fixed once GW is out of Beta.

    Legacy Eh was also incorrectly rolled back to Bronze III instead of Silver II. We would appreciate NG restoring us to the correct current season VP, which should be starting with 40,000 VP, as well as restoring our All-Time Guild Wars VP to the correct amount. Thank you!
