Cancelling a workshop upgrade does not refund the 50% upgrade cost.

  I did a quick check on my account and the upgrade cancel did give me back what I was expecting. I do believe you though

  The item in question was my Carol's Blade that has awful traits. It's level 16, so it costs 321k to upgrade. if I were to get 50% of that cost back, it would be about 160k. I have 92k xp right now. That's the only proof that I can provide.
  
  I accidentally started the upgrade on my android at home, and realized the mistake when I got to work, so I cancelled it on my iPhone. Maybe it has something to do with that?

  Used the forum search and I found a couple of threads where people reported this problem before:

  If four of us had this problem, pretty safe to say that others are having the issue too, and either didn't notice or didn't report it.
