This morning I also lost many hours of progress, and gold that I actually purchased.
You conducted maintenance this afternoon, but I still don't have my lost progress/resources/gold back.
I have sent in a support ticket in-game but have not received a reply yet.
Please resolve these issues, because otherwise new players such as myself will be tempted to delete the game altogether and request a refund. These issues not only completely destroy the fun I was having with this game, but also make me feel like I wasted a lot of valuable time, effort and money.

@zbot@Teeceezy A rollback of many hours just occurred for me. This problem is not fixed and I'm not happy. Game handle is RokuP. Guild is Blackvipers. Player level 39. I lost virtually all of my progress in the current challenge. And I can't get the time back to make it up. There will not be enough time to get as far as I would have. Not to mention all of my upgrades that were reverted
I'm still waiting to get compensation for lost items from 3-day rollback over last weekend as well as purchase of medium radio bundle. I raised a ticket Monday via the ingame support system. Only got an auto-reply so far. Thinking perhaps I should dispute the money transfer and have my credit card company revert the payment and then go in and buy the bundle again. (rather provocatively, I have a few times now received the in-game pop-up suggesting I buy the medium radio bundle...) Sorry about your loss @RokuPDA , sad to hear issue isn't fixed.
@Alibaba yes I submitted an in-game ticket. I wasn't doing anything at the time. I logged back into the game after leaving for a few minutes and then I noticed the problem. I've spent a lot of money on this game and I hope generous compensation will be provided. I'm thinking 50k gold would be a start.
Had the rollback happening to me also last night. I believe I only lost gas, xp, food and progress in challenge. I am not aware that I did anything unusual I hadn't done a million times before. Using v1.7.1. Did not have this issue before the upgrade.
Opened a ticket in-game, hope this helps in any which way.
The worst part is the lost time and the frustration to re-run the same stuff.

@cionz It may be a bot reply but at least they got your ticket. Now your just waiting in line behind other people's tickets from weeks ago. It beats not being in line at all.
Same here my game rolled back between 1:00 am and 1:25 am central US time this morning. It Rolled back to 4:00 pm my time yesterday. It blows hopefully it is fixed soon. I sent in tickets and told my guild I won't be helping in the event anymore until it is restored. I am one of the unlucky few that bought a little gold.

Lost over 2000 challenge stars( always rollback to 117 meanwhile I have done 141 and 184 and after the second rollback I just quit the weekly challenge)
Lost at least 600 k supplies
Lost at least 400 k XP
Lost a survivor level up
Lost a weapon Level up
Lost more than 20 Radios
Lost all the mission of episode in hard and nightmare mood( all the mission of episode 13 hard mood, 3 mission of episode 10 nightmare mood , 2 mission of episode 12 hard mood)
+ whatever gold I had collected

In the begging several times I level my walkers up in the pit and each time u came back online they were a level lower again.
I cannot say how FRUSTRATED I am with this game at the moment

I spent a shit load if money on this game and now feel since update I am been screwed over on a regular basis
When will this stop when will the bugs be fixed ????
Hope the compensation to paying customers as well as non paying customers does not turn out to be another slap in the face
