This is just to make it clear whether many are having the same issue when it came to the rollback compensation messages today. No need to vote if you were lucky enough not to get any losses from rollbacks. Maybe we can start to make sense of this once one of the @staff pops in.

Keep in mind the Spring bundle we received and the scrap and gas event have nothing to do with rollback compensation and that had been verified by NG

    I was lucky not to experience a major rollback. I lost an hour once and had to restart an upgrade. It wasn't worth filing a support ticket over. It was enough to prompt me to take screens of my entire game. That said, this is a good idea. People that haven't gotten a response yet can go back and change their answer when they do hear back, right?

    Got a message from support saying I have been compensated but NOTHING was added to my account.

    @TheLostSlayer * same thing for me, I have heard a few others mention receiving the invisible compensation today on other threads .. I think @Capleton was one of them. Was hoping to get a general consensus so staff will look into it quicker and hopefully resolve.

    @Japes87 Yes, I'm one of those with an invisible compensation.

    First of all I'm glad I can open the game again without being afraid to experience a rollback ;)

    And read the announcements...most of the staff enjoy their Easter holiday weekend. So it doesn't make sense to complain now.

    Furthermore there is a time frame til the end of next week for the rollback compensation issue. So just be patient.

    It is for sure easier for me to wait for a compensation/gift than deal with an almost unplayable game.

    Absolutely man , I'm very happy about the weekend events and the spring bundle was nice too. I just want to make sure we all have solidarity when they do look at it again, nice to know some people have been helped anyways , cheers

    got 5000 tg and 5 phones. i had no rollback but got spamattacked and lost over 1k influence and >1000TG.

    i hope for some additional gold/trading goods. this offered compensation is a joke.

    I got that same bundle. Although a nice jester, not near enough when my stuff crashed on March 9th. Yes, I was outta line when I bitched at them. But.... I lost ALL my upgrades and cash. And here I sit. Nothing compensated for what I loss. ... I'm still REALLY pissed. I want my stuff back!!!

    To all this is the official response. As stated please give some time (end of next week) if you don't hear back, let us know.

    As for those that received a message back from support but did not receive compensation, please respond back to that message and explain the situation so support can look into the issue.

    I received compensation for my rollbacks in the form of gold
    I finally got my compensation like 10 minutes ago. No message about what it was. I did some checking and it appears I got 300 gold and 10 radios. I would have preferred the legendary shooter as I never pulled anything close during the recent radio event. I would have also preferred getting the storage plot back that I upgraded several times the day of the rollback. It's a slap in the face that I should have to buy it and upgrade it again. Actually I upgraded that shooter a few times that day as well. What a rip off

    They didn't even send you a message saying that you had been compensated? It would be pretty easy to miss that measly compensation package anyways. Not remotely suitable for your losses. I'd go straight to Google play or iTunes store and request a refund for your bought gold if you have any.

    It was suggested here that I send in a support ticket, so I did. I only got a canned message that they're working hard...etc. I'm not too worried about getting any compensation, since I really only lost time. My upgrade wasn't upgrading and I didn't have enough to upgrade anymore, so I had to go back to farming XP to get enough to start the upgrade again. I lost about 5 or 6 hours while time traveling and didn't have any screenshots to prove anything. Overall, I'm not worried about it. My case is minor compared to others.

    Me either , no response to my other thread with 'NG Staff' in the subject either.. I'm ready to go a different route very quick

    I only got comp'ed for the rollback, not for my lost purchase. So I reopened my ticket. Seems support forgot/didn't have time to read my ticket thoroughly.
    I'm lost.
