Issue With In Game Support

I suffered through massive roll backs and lost a considerable amount of resources. Many players where compensated for their loss. I know players who have been compensated, didn't like how much they got, messaged back to support and have been compensated a second time. Where as I still have not received a single response for any tickets that I've submitted EVER. This is absolutely ridiculous. There is no reason why everyone and their grandmother have been compensated (2-3 times) and I'm still waiting around. I've said this before only to have it fall on deaf ears. If I spend money on a game (Believe me I've spend plenty on this one) when there's an issue I expect it to be resolved in a timely manner. This isn't taken care of I'm done. Its not about the compensation its the principal.
