  well, considering your defense won, I kinda think it had to be a bug... a group of level 9/10s shouldn't be able to even damage a level 22.

  Yet they paired two level 11s with the 22. figured if they could do 13-5 nightmare they might have a couple more powerful than 11s

  Clearly there are players that have found exploits for the outpost game system. Could be similar cheating taking place that is breaking the shield also.

  I wanted to start Mission 9-3 . Since you can only carry two people . But had not enough gas . Did not want to wait and have to Outpost.Dann was this error .

  @rudjawol on some of the missions, there is a survivor to rescue who can join your team, thus you can only take 2 in with you.

  @SlayerSect Did you realize that he was starting a raid and that he wasn't allowed to choose a third survivor? He had to start the raid with 2 chars only, which definitely was a bug. It wasn't a story mission.
