Specifically in my guild I would like to see who is online as well as send PM's to them. The social aspect is a little lacking.

    Yeah the entire in-game chat/communication system is bare-bones. They could have reasons to keep it this way. There's a lot more work involved with managing a full-fledged in-game chat & communications system.
