      It baffles me that you don’t understand how much our teams were affected by this total disaster, the compensation was to laugh at! Why? Because if you were about to finish a tier, oh lets say tier 19 but for 24 hours several of the top hitters turned into lvl 1 and you give a tier higher offer, wouldn’t that place the team at tier 21 eos rewards? Because in reality yes it would! But I forgot it is just a game we pay real money to play!

    The account recovery worked for some of us, me included but my girlfriend and loyal team member is still trying to get in contact with the support for help on recovering her account. She has put a lot of time and some money to build up a level 25 profile and now she is back to level 3 and our team is on half speed. Have tried to clear cache and reinstalled the app several times with no success. We tried to chat with the support in-game and have tried to get in contact with email but it seems there is no support at all to get.
    We are extremely disappointed.

    Season tier rewards where a tier lower than what was achieved instead of a tier higher, making the compensation crate rubbish.  You have not even mentioned in the game that there has been an issue, communication has been extremely poor.
