  • I don't care that they flee, but if my survivors kill two of your survivors and you have to bail, that should not count as ZERO influence points...
  • I posted this same thing, and agree with @jbuoy . I'm not sure why it was changed.
  • I understand. That said, I should be more clear. Across all of my devices, the experience is the same. I only meant that I usually can't binge play on my mobile devices because the are battery powered, multi use, etc. The speed of the actual gameplay is consistent. I only meant that it's more noticeable in that way, in…
  • Now this is interesting. I understand about action points ending turns and all that, but this is def. interesting. Nice one.
  • Wassup @zbot , here's the list: 1. Windows 10 PC 2. HTC M8 (Android Phone) 3. Nexus 6 (Android Phone) 4. Samsung Note Pro 12.2 (Android Tablet) All are updated w/t latest software, updates, etc. But throughout the course of the day, I play on all 4. Just depends on where I am and what I'm doing. What I perceive as "lag" I…
  • You guys are right, I did not initially mention that this was born of running scavenge missions on boosters until my eyes bleed. I have little use for it in other areas. I agree with @lmfgunnut in that it would be best as a toggle. @JayZ , thanks for participating, I appreciate you. We have reached common ground. That's…
  • Damn, that one has gold critical! How'd you get it?
  • Thank you. I understand now. I'm also very sad. I've been throwing away critical trait weapons since the '70's... :(
  • Ahhhh... I see what you mean. I think.... :/ I really only know that my survivors that use critical and destructive fared no better than my survivors that didn't. Not against walkers anyway. Maybe it works a little different with raiders. I don't have the information to present an effective argument for one or the other.…
  • @JayZ I'm not pissy bud, sorry if I gave you that impression. I'm just interested in my particular discussion. I said, "I want to play faster, and here's one way I can." And what you said is what you said. If you believe what you said has a factor in that, so be it. Let's agree to disagree. @zbot My intention was to have a…
  • @Lucille896425 Yeah, maybe. But perhaps I'm the only one that notices that more things happen than just pushing a button. There are other things going on. This is a game played online. That's communication back and forth. The game has animations that are live and moving. Also, I don't know if anyone noticed, but when all…
  • @jimmorrison369 Oh wow, that's not how I understand it to work at all. Where did you read that? I was confusing critical with lethal, my bad. Charging is very different than critical. I usually scrap weapons with critical immediately. Charging is explained in game as "an opportunity to get an extra charge point from a kill…
  • @Invader Man...That's SO hardcore. We need a player exchange. I'd love to trade you for it. :) @jimmorrison369 Yo, I don't follow what you mean. Charging is an extra charge point. Critical is just 15% more damage, right?
  • Guys, I know how to do it. That's what I'm doing now. I'm not sure how many more ways I can say I would rather just skip the step... It's an unnecessary screen tap. An unnecessary mouse click. There are no more walkers. No danger. I'm not farming XP. I just want to get off the map ASAP. If you're playing ANY OTHER WAY,…
  • Beautiful! I guess I"ll have to get REALLY lucky... :(
  • If you're not stupid, then of course you know I'm not stupid. If you're farming you're not playing fast. Why would you come up with a scenario not in line with the spirit of the conversation? I don't understand. The post is about speed and eliminating unnecessary motion. What part of your scenario addresses that? What I…
  • Has anyone purchased the Dented Barnstormer's coat that showed up yesterday that can share it's traits?
  • I don't know how this is going to work out, but if there was a way to downgrade a pink star survivor back down to regular, I'd do it in a heartbeat.
  • @avelardez That's the second best thing, wow. She's a beauty. As long as the gold traits are swift strike and charging, I really can't go wrong with lethal or threat reduction in the silver spot for a scout. I'm just really coveting that silver luck since it would make the best impact for my survivor.
  • @JayZ Again. I'm trying to play as fast as possible. I suppose that you could run into issues if you aren't doing that or insist on doing one before the other. Don't leave survivors in the exit with points action points. Run cover first. Survivors in danger second. Or even better, you don't have to move all the way into…
  • This is my scavenger weapon: This is my outpost weapon: Love them both, I'd just trade my lethal on the outpost weapon for charging. Like I said, I'd pay real money for it. Also, is it just me, or once you get higher up, some of the other weapons don't show up? Once I got to a higher level, all I mostly get are small axes,…
  • @Necroboogie Wow, that hammer is really close. My reason for having those traits in that specific order is centered around my personal favorite survivor. Your Hammer Charging - 28% (20% x 18% CT Lucky + 20% WT Lucky) Swift Strike - 55% (40% WT x 18%CT + 20% WT Lucky) vs My Weapon Charging - 38% (30% WT x 18% CT + 15%…
  • Glad it's not just me. Not only is it reloading mid match, when it comes back up it's usually wrong. I make sure that I move to certain places to augment how I play, so when it comes back up, my survivors are usually close, but not where I left them.
  • I'm taking a picture of this thread just so that I can continue to have faith that some trait combinations are possible. I'd pay real money to add Derek to my roster. I'd scrap every hunter I had, go unlimited gas and xp and get the big boy gold pack to have him on varsity.
  • Okay, good point @blynknz . There will be surprises. A couple of things. 1. I am making all my assumptions as that 2x is for seasoned players. 2. If you are a seasoned scavenger, you've seen every map. Dozens of times. 3. Your suggestion is a simple strategy adjustment. Point being, there won't likely be surprises. If…
  • Your turn would only auto-end if your survivors are in the exit and nobody else outside of the exit has any turns left. @lmfgunnut Enlighten me, please. In what scenario would you move survivors to an exit with the intention of not being done moving? I'm saying that single turn auto-ends. When the person outside the exit…
  • Helps to have a different opinion, it's all good. To me, this is just in the same breath as not having to tap the screen to stop the camera from zooming in. It has nothing to do with strategy at all really.
  • Not knowing when to hit the button and not wanting to have to hit it are two different things. The answer to your question is in your reply. We have different styles. After experimenting will all kinds of combinations, my style is 2 shooters and a scout. With no walkers to kill, no group can beat scouts from one end of the…
  • @blynknz I bet you watch every zoomed in kill shot and never play at 2x speed. @MadPuppy Trust me, I know what you mean. On some maps, that's easier said than done. Playing on hard and having that problem can get your survivors a ton of hospital time.
  • @zoson I'm not sure if that's the case, happens to me all the time. I hardly use my bonus attacks in scavenger missions. This happens to me often. @sigmaphi465 Check out the screenshots in this thread, see if it's similar for you.…
