@Dahlia my team member tried to do that but it changed her level by doing that she's on cool down and waiting to see what happens.

Same for me and when I try to log the issue in contact us I can't see their replies it's like it's happening out of the game still.

Mine just got banned while they work on it. The ban looks like it's for a week. Hopefully it doesn't take that long.

Oh I know that they respond no doubt there, I was just curious. Is this happening to more than one person or did you mean they are currently investigating my specific issue?
