Still not fixed!!! I started the challenge around 45 minutes ago and only noticed after I'd done the first round. Im on round 16 and only have 1RP to show for it 😣

I was in the same situation. I read you needed to be level 67 to upgrade the council so I start to upgrade my radio tent as I was only level 66. With the radio tent complete and still just shy of level 67 I see at 11am that I am able to upgrade my council with 20 million supplies. I only had 15 million left after upgrading…

I'm still in the same situation as well, when will it be resolved. I've tried all the suggestions that tech support gave except altering resolution as my tablet doesn't have that option. Nothing is working!!!
