@whaler213 The numbers maybe off, it's the concept that matters not the numbers. It can be capped at 30 tanks. Just giving NG a tip that is working for other platforms. In other games I paid 10 gold bars to refill 50 stanmina. The cap was 100 stan…

Well that's not true at all. I had a lvl 11 training ground and council. Also tent lvl 5 and pulled a 7/17 legendary.
