Eventually, I had an email back off support. Yes the update has affected iOS users. I did the usual uninstall etc etc.. I can get on game intermittently, so when I do, I stay on as long as I can.. It seems that there are always problems when they bring out an update. I would have thought by now, they would do some testing before they roll out updates.
